What to expect during your session:
This service includes remote-reiki healing, with a focus on stress relief and relaxation.
Once purchased, you will receive an email that includes our Reiki Client Intake Form. Please complete to the best of your ability, as this will help Angel gather more information to ensure you have a meaningful session.
After the intake form is completed and returned, Angel will contact you to schedule your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
Prior to your session, you will receive an audio meditation via email. You & Angel will simultaneously "hit play" and listen to the audio at your scheduled time. All experiences are spiritually guided and are unique to the individual recipient.
How to prepare for your session:
It is important to be well-hydrated, so make sure to drink plenty of water. Find a quiet, relaxing space where you will not be disturbed. Get yourself into a comfortable position, take a few deep breaths, and focus on the intention you set for your session.
For added ambiance, we recommend incorporating candles, crystals, and/or essential oils, as well as having a blanket nearby.
